iLink's Incident Management Framework, developed by iLink’s Center for Excellence in Technology (CET) team, is a secure web based solution with a great degree of configurability and information access control, making it ideal for multi-departmental organizations. Some of the high level features of the Incident Management Framework include workflow based incident lifecycle management, automated incident trouble report creation from generated alarms, automated ticket creation for trouble reports, ticket life cycle management, officer tracker - GIS maps, dispatching, alerts, mobile solution and data cube based BI & reporting.
