iLink’s Claims Decision Support Systems (CDSS)
iLink’ s CDSS is a customizable solution based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007. This application helps eliminate haphazard manual claims routing and the high number of overpayments due to improper claims routing and processing. It has a provision to track the claims status across departments, systems and process. It has the flexibility to define custom rules.
