The ESM or the eight step methodology of iLink’s EYP framework is to create the demand, hold an event exclusively for the business decision makers, nourishing and nurturing leads from the event and so on. Each of the 8 steps has a distinctive process flow and list of activities that are performed with an entry and exit criteria.
The salient feature of this framework is that we will able to measure the adoption of platform through this ESM steps and be able to provide feedback and improvement ideas to achieve your evangelization objectives met.
