RATER model is invented by Leonard Berry. He identified this five quality customer service dimensions. Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness. Nowadays, B2C businesses are taking care of this model. But, this will work out for all businesses such as B2B, B2C etc.

The quality customer service is the foundation for long run businesses. RATER model will regulate the business process, solutions and services.

Reliability – Which means that the service providers ability to identify and provide business solutions to their customers to achieve their goals and objectives.

Assurance – Providing trust and confidence to the buyers with good quality solutions.

Google Personalized Search

If you stay logged into anyone of the Google features like gmail, your search history will be accumulated by Google. So, if you start searching Google when you are logged in, google looks up your search history and your SERP (Search Engine Results Page) Results will differ. Google will show you the sites you liked most.

Best Time to Issue Press Releases:

  • Send press releases on Tuesday - Wednesday's or Monday Afternoon (Sat and Sun are holidays. So, They'll be busy on monday. Thats why we are sending our press releases on these specific days)
  • Bank Holidays, Government Holidays and other religious days are slow news days. So, that's a good time to issue a press release
  • Try to publish the press releases in the morning rather than evening
  • Avoid Weekends
  • Send to big magazines 6 months before an event
  • Update your website with the release before distribution
  • Monthly Publications often go to press six weeks prior to publication date
