A Medical device interface
system is described that comprises a medical
device on which is installed a version
of software and a software agent communicatively
coupled to the medical device without
regard to the version of software installed
on the medical device.
Medical device interface
can be done effectively through software.
Interface designs such as those associated
with patient monitors, ventilators, blood
chemistry analyzers, infusion pumps, and
kidney dialysis machines often have superficial
design. This design can be effectively
done using the Microsoft User Interface
Design.
iLink’s project
experience in this regard include interfaces
with several medical instruments like
dosimeters, Bluetooth connectivity with
weighing devices, interfaces leading to
patient monitoring systems and interface
with a co-extruded multi layer film gauge.
